Generate From Drop Down Now Available for Company V2 Standard Fields

Bullhorn Automation now supports Generate From Drop Down (GFDD) functionality for Company V2 standard fields. With this enhancement, standard drop-down fields display historic values from all private labels when GFDD is enabled. Multi-value drop-down fields are parsed and displayed as individual selectable options, and dropdown values automatically sync during Initial, Main, and Resync processes.
Company V2 fields now benefit from full GFDD support, enabling cross-private label visibility and synchronization of drop-down values. Users can now:

View and select historic drop-down options across all private labels

See multi-value drop-downs displayed as individual options for easier selection

Experience automatic drop-down value synchronization during all sync processes (Initial, Main, and Resync)
Why does it matter?
This enhancement delivers several important improvements:

Removes Migration Blockers: Customers can now migrate to Company V2 without losing access to drop-down values from multiple private labels.

Access to Historic Data: Users retain the ability to search and filter using previously entered drop-down values that may no longer be in active field mappings.

How do I enable this?
To enable this functionality:

Navigate to Client Settings in Bullhorn Automation.

Locate the Generate Dropdown Values from Bullhorn Automation checkbox.

Enable the setting to activate cross-private label drop-down value compilation.

The feature automatically applies to Company V2 Standard and Custom fields.

Drop-down values refresh during the next sync process (Initial, Main, or Resync).
